Forty five years on one county’s water
Hartmann Irrigation has been in this business since 1980 and has spent all of it in Central Brevard County. That is long enough to have installed systems, come back and rebuilt them, and then maintained them for the second owner of the house.

Knowing a water system is most of the job
Irrigation is not a national trade practised locally. What a system needs depends on what comes out of the supply, what the ground does with it, and what the county allows on which days. Brevard has a reclaimed water network, a lot of flat low lying lots that hold storm water, and properties sitting on a lagoon and a river that the whole region is trying not to load further.
We have been working inside that particular set of conditions since 1980. It is the reason the reclaimed and pumping station work sits alongside the sprinkler work here rather than being somebody else’s subcontract.
Who you actually deal with
Walter Hartmann owns the company. Tammy runs the office and is who picks up when you call (321) 454-3314, which customers mention often enough in their own reviews that it is clearly part of the experience rather than an incidental detail.
In the field, Chuck does most of the diagnostic work and is named in six of the nine reviews the company has published. Dustin and Eric are out on the same trucks. On a small company that consistency is the product: the person who installed a system is usually the person who comes back to it.
We are fully licensed and insured, IR 52, and we work with and are referred by city water departments to make sure a residential or commercial system is the best it can be. Estimates on purchase and installation are free.
